★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doorguy always makes a face when told we don't have reservations for the rooftop bar and yet we always find an empty rooftop. Their shrimp tacos are so delicious & the gin & tonic drinks are well made. Guac & chips always a greater starter here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to escape the city. Small roof terrace with swimming pool. If you want a sun lounger get there early. If you’re not a guest there’s a MX$350 minimum spend but there’s a small food menu and good drinks list. The staff have always been very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great space and location. The restaurant is beautiful, filled with books, nice furniture, huge mirrors and interesting objects. They have a very private pool and jacuzzi, with views of the city buildings surrounding the hotel.
{-small closed balcony, -loud vibrations from below, -old facilities}

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool, cozy with great bars and food. The staff here are truly wonderful and will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. Ideally located, close to all the restaurants etc in Polanco. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roof top bar....Came here for birthday party and they lost reservation but did accommodate us. European priced drinks and great R&B music. It was quite cold on roof top and they didn't have outside heaters which would be a great idea. Still had a great time.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is barely a 3-star. The facilities are completely rundown. There is little to no soundproofing. You can hear a lot of noise from the street but also the neighbouring bedrooms and corridor. The decor is old and worn. The rooftop terrace was closed. It took several exchanges with the reception to book spa treatments. It is not a spa hotel. We have stayed with Grupo Habita before at another hotel and had a totally different experience, unfortunately we won't be risking it again. Really really disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very chill and beautiful place to be, there’s cool things to do and the neighborhood is very nice, take a walk and visit cool places around ! There’s a pool, a nice equipped gym, a wonderful view on the terrace so you can just sot and relax or have something to drink or eat, there’s also something really cool which is a jacuzzi which is next to the gym ! Definitely a recommended place to visit
