★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones muy bonitas al menos en el primer piso y muy buena ubicación super tranquilo alrededor, el mayor problema fue el olor del lugar. Tienen un perrito en la azotea y cuando hace del baño cae todo por la ventana y hasta entra al departamento lo que hace que el lugar huela pésimo, cuando le comenté al dueño se negó a reconocerlo diciendo que no entraban perros al departamento. Aparte el hijo del dueño vive en uno de los cuartos y te encargan la limpieza de las áreas comunes con la razón de que seras el único utilizandolo, a pesar de que el hijo las usa también y hasta trae visitas, usaban el papel de baño, etc. También el agua caliente es un problema ya que si ocurre algo lo debes hablar directamente con el señor Leonardo, siendo alguien que trabaja hasta tarde y que no le gusta traer toda la suciedad del trabajo a casa esto era pésimo porque había noches que de plano no llegaba el agua caliente y no quedaba de otra que bañarse con agua fría y cuando le decía respondía de una forma muy molesta muy tajante diciendo que simplemente no iba a salir agua caliente ese día y ya. Preferí irme antes de completar el primer mes en el lugar ?

Besides, the owner's son lives in one of the rooms and they entrust you with cleaning the common areas with the reason that you will be the only one using it, despite the fact that the son also uses them and even brings visitors, they used toilet paper, etc. Also hot water is a problem since if something happens you should speak directly to Mr.Leonardo, being someone who works late and who does not like to bring all the dirt from work home this was terrible because there were nights that flatly did not The hot water arrived and there was no choice but to bathe with cold water and when I told him, he responded in a very annoying way, very bluntly saying that there was simply no hot water coming out that day and that's it. I preferred to leave before completing the first month in the place ?
