Be careful with this company, do not deliver on time and stay with your advance. I had a terrible experience buying a bedroom whose delivery time was 6 weeks that was very long but it has been 9 and I do not return my money, or give me the bedroom.

Terrible service and professionalism! I bought a folding bed and the furniture was made with the wrong measurements, I had to do a lot of follow-up to get it corrected and now the bed broke and despite the follow-up they do not respond to me so that they can come to repair it and run the warranty.

Find out and think about it more than twice.. ** shamelessness ** dishonesty ** lack of seriousness I paid for a vertical pull down bed. They deliver to me, they come to install in a month and a half on 4 occasions, supposedly it remains and after two days it collapses. I ask to make a valid guarantee that supposedly is for 5 years. They tell me that I have to pay half of 3 thousand pesos so that they return to change the correct screws, which I also looked for and bought outside. The person in charge of the Juriquilla branch, Humberto Gutiérrez, argues that said guarantee will not be effective for me, since the owners have said and I quote: .. "the owners say that they already spent a lot of money on their bed and the guarantee must be approved by them and not by me". He also told me: ..."they, the owners of habitat design interior design and just so you know, are very well protected with their lawyers because they don't know what kind of people they can get involved with when selling their furniture". How are you!!! I add: In the branch they do not have a bank terminal and they only receive payment in cash. Isn't that strange? Even in the taquerias they have one.
