Habilitado desde el 2012, el casco y esqueleto de un antiguo edificio de oficinas sirvió como estructura para la nueva sede de las carreras de arquitectura y diseño, proyecto propuesto de adaptación por el despacho SHINE. El reuso y readaptación se ejecutan formidable para el aprovechamiento de la luz natural, ventilación y circulación del programa. Diversas fueron sus extensiones hasta finalmente brindar el espacio clave para la Escuela de Arquitectura, Arte y Díseño (EAAD) campus León.
 Workspace, exhibitor, research and playful. Enabled since 2012, the hull and skeleton of an old office building served as a structure for the new headquarters of the architecture and design careers, an adaptation project proposed by the SHINE office. The reuse and readaptation are executed formidable for the use of natural light, ventilation and circulation of the program. Various were its extensions until finally providing the key space for the School of Architecture, Art and Design (EAAD) campus León.
