★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bonita zona, hay vigilancia y se ven limpias calles y jardines, es un lugar que se ve que le han dedicado tiempo y se ha mantenido en buenas condiciones, hay varias construcciones en proceso, pero en lo general se ve que inclusive los trabajadores cuidan el entorno.
Lo malo es que al entada en época de lluvias no hay buen drenaje y se inunda.
