IT DOES NOT HAVE TECHNICAL SERVICE IN MEXICO, I NEED A REFACTION AND THERE IS NO HOW TO FIND IT, I DID NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS FOREIGN, BUT IN CASE OF NOT FINDING THE REFACTION I WILL DO AN ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN AGAINST YOU, THE PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT YOU SHOULD GIVE SERVICE TO THE COUNTRIES THAT EXPORT. THERE IS MORE SERVICE OF CHINESE THINGS THAT OF APPLIANCES ARRIVED FROM NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES.

There is no support in Mexico, don't waste your money. The hood I bought broke down after the warranty expired, the technician they recommended only asked me for an advance and it disappeared. And the listed phone does not work.

Si se truena el cristal debido a la temperatura normal que se genera en una cocción de alimentos no lo quieren cambiar porque me mencionan que sólo tiene un mes de garantía. El cristal de mi estufa se tronó a los dos meses y medio y no lo quieren garantizar por la razón en comento.
Their glass stoves do not meet the proper quality. If the glass breaks due to the normal temperature that is generated when cooking food, they don't want to change it because they mention that it only has a one-month guarantee. The glass on my stove cracked after two and a half months and they do not want to guarantee it for the reason in question.
