Yo aparté para poder ir a ver una Van 2008 que estaban vendiendo, sin embargo el coche estaba en muy malas condiciones mecánicas.
Tardaron casi 2 MESES!!! en reembolsarme mi dinero ($1500 MXN), siempre dándome vueltas.
Eso sí, su atención al cliente es muy buena. El señor Emmanuel me estuvo atendiendo en persona y por mensajes, y si bien tienen poca formalidad, nunca ignoran los mensajes y dan respuesta a las peticiones.
DO NOT START YOUR CARS WITH THEM!
I pulled away so I could go see a 2008 Van that they were selling, however the car was in very poor mechanical condition.
It took almost 2 MONTHS !!! to reimburse me for my money ($ 1500 MXN), always giving me back.
Of course, their customer service is very good. Mr. Emmanuel was attending me in person and by messages, and although they have little formality, they never ignore messages and respond to requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por medio de la presente hago la denuncia de este lote de autos ya que su representante el Señor Emmanuel Terron Ornelas me vendió un automovil con un kilometraje de 48,000 Km aproximadamente y cuando lo lleve a la agencia a hacerle el servicio y poder hacer el reclamo de dos fallas mayores que trae el auto, en la agencía me indicaron que el auto tiene en realidad mas de 122,000 km y que tienen registro de que dicho auto entró en enero del 2022 a revisión por una falla mayor y que dicha falla no se reparó. Después de tratar de hablar con ellos desde el 21 de Abril del 2022 para que me den una solución al fraude que cometieron, al dia de hoy solo me han dado largas y promesas de una solución sin establecer un compromido real. Tengan cuidado en la compra de autos en este lote ya que venden autos tocados y no muestran intenciones de hacerse respósanbles de sus acciones de manera real.
I hereby report this lot of cars since its representative, Mr. Emmanuel Terron Ornelas, sold me a car with a mileage of approximately 48,000 km and when I take it to the agency to service it and be able to claim two major faults that the car brings, at the agency they told me that the car actually has more than 122,000 km and that they have a record that said car entered in January 2022 for revision due to a major fault and that said fault was not repaired. After trying to talk to them since April 21, 2022 so that they can give me a solution to the fraud they committed, to date they have only given me long promises of a solution without establishing a real commitment. Be careful buying cars on this lot as they sell used cars and show no intention of taking any real responsibility for their actions.
