★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hacienda is lost in the middle of no where. In order to get here is quite difficult and it's an hour away from Cuernavaca. This place is gorgeous but the bad thing is that if you want to make an event, the catering has to be with Kohlmann mandatory. The worst service ever!!!! We had to ask 5 times to get our entrees while others tables where having soup. The service didn't understand how to serve. They don't know how to serve, how to be helpful or what are they doing there. So sad that a great hacienda have a bad reputation for it's only catering service. The bread was so hard it could be used as a weapon. I do not recommend this place for anything

There is a beautiful church withing premises for ceremonies then an area for cocktail hour.
The main space for banquets is amazing but the restroom is really far away and it can be very inconvenient doe elder people or for ladies with heels.
There are a few rooms in the hacienda but if you are invited to a wedding there are some hotels relatively close by... It is easy to get there but hard to get back to the hotels ans taxis get really expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place with beautiful grounds and an attentive, caring staff. Very easy to get to, just follow Google Maps’ indications. Even while raining the roads were ok for a small car. Would happily return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were luckily enough to have the place for a private event. But I would highly recommend the hacienda to anyone. The building and grounds are breathtaking. The rooms are large and characteristic of the period, with thoughtful touches for guests. The pool is incredible. Best of all the staff are attentive and friendly making you feel at home.
