★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing, will try and stay here every time we visit and definitely recommend. Felt like home, beach was across the street. View was amazing has a fire place the upstairs patio was perfect and all the rooms have their own bathroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This villa was stunning and perfect for our family of 14. We loved being so close to the beach and everyone had their own bathrooms! A huge thanks to the hosts Julia and her husband, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the whole time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Cozy, quiet. Steps from beach. Julie and Matt perfect hosts who live just behind. Quick to respond to needs. Many upgrades since last stay. Our 3rd time here. Courtyard great for kids. Nice to have a tub on site. Top deck provides ocean view, moon and star gazing. Had 2 dogs with us and 3 kids, 9 adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desperately needs stairs to beach. We've said this numerous times but was told they still haven't done it. We shimmied over patio wall to next door, kind enough to let us use theirs. The step down into kitchen and off bar area is dangerous if you don't pay attention. House is beautiful! Well equipped. Nice seperated areas for privacy. If they had beach stairs we would have rented the last 5 times we went. Sadly someone else got our money.
