O guia te leva até o cultivo do Agave, depois para uma experimentação do Aguamiel, o líquido que é a base para o fabrico do pulque. Depois, vem uma prova na Fazenda. Para empezar no está bien señalizado como llegar, si vas por un camino de terraceria. Esperaba pasar el 24 y 25 de diciembre y al llegar, parecía que ni siquiera sabían de mi reserva. No hay un restaurante como tal y siendo 24, esperaba algo más que el cobro del uso de la cocina para preparar mi propia cena. Las habitaciones e instalaciones me parecieron descuidadas, de hecho un comedor al aire libre frente a una de las habitaciones que me ofrecieron estaba sucio y en general, me parece que les hace falta mucha inversión. Las habitaciones no tienen calefactor, pero te cobran por la leña si deseas que tu habitación esté calentita. Tampoco hay buena señal y no ofrece ningún entretenimiento. No tienen televisores, lo cual sería bueno si tuvieran una zona de juegos o de lectura, como para divertirte en la hacienda por tu cuenta sin pagar por el tour del pulque o los caballos. Por el precio que cuesta, uno esperaría mejor servicio. Al final, dejé perder mi reserva y me fui a Zacatlan donde por la mitad de precio tuve la oportunidad de pasar una buena noche del 24 y 25. They do not have televisions, which would be nice if they had a play area or reading area, to have fun at the hacienda on your own without paying for the pulque or horse tour. For the price it costs, one would expect better service. In the end, I let my reservation lose and I went to Zacatlan where for half the price I had the opportunity to spend a good night on the 24th and 25th. Do not be fooled by the photos of this place

El tour con la pasión que la da Sergio te hace amar al agave en todas sus versiones. La comida y el precio super bien Basta te tranquilo el lugar, recomendable para parejas. Deberían tener más habitaciones con chimenea. Hay un paquete de $1500 por una noche, tour y decoración en habitación. ¡Volveré! Sergio and Olivia's attention is great. La hacienda está muy bella y todo lo que producen es de calidad de exportación. Recomiendo mucho visitarla si pasan por Zacatlán o Chignahuapan. No se van a arrepentir! The pulque tour is undoubtedly something magnificent, the man who gave us the tour shows that he loves his job and for that reason he gives a fairly complete explanation. The farm is very beautiful and everything they produce is of export quality. I highly recommend visiting it if you pass through Zacatlán or Chignahuapan. They won't regret it!
