Momentos divertidos encontrará, pasando una tarde maravillosa, jugando una partida de pool, en nuestra mesa de billar. Además podrá apreciar de la vista y su atardecer, desde este lugar.

La hermosa capilla, dentro de Hacienda Caudillos, dedicada a San Judas Tadeo, todas sus imágenes están benditas y esta envuelta en un cálido ambiente. La capilla se encuentra registrada para celebrar, misa, bodas, bautizos. Tiene una capacidad hasta para 20 personas.

Una hermosa cava, situada debajo de nuestro restaurante San Luis, que alberga, una variedad de vinos, galardonados y premiados a nivel internacional, la cava es ideal para una cena privada y muy romántica, para esa ocasión especial, con esa persona especial.

Me parece un lugar pretencioso que no llega a cumplir lo que dice ser, la atención del personal es ineficiente, no hay frigo ni teléfono en la habitación, olvídate de poner a enfriar tu vino o tus chelas, olvídate de pedir una toalla extra a recepción desde tu habitación, tienes que salir a pedirla y si llega tuviste suerte. Si eres fumador este no es el sitio para quedarse, está prohibido fumar en toda la propiedad. Los precios no equivalen a lo que ofrecen! Ahh y si necesitas factura los precios que te dan no incluyen IVA (lo cual es en contra de la ley) . Definitivamente no regreso! What a disappointment, the place is just a cute facade! It seems to me a pretentious place that does not fulfill what it claims to be, the attention of the staff is inefficient, there is no fridge or telephone in the room, forget to put your wine or your chelas to cool, forget to ask reception for an extra towel from your room, you have to go out to ask for it and if it arrives you were lucky. If you are a smoker this is not the place to stay, smoking is prohibited throughout the property. The prices do not equal what they offer! Oh, and if you need an invoice, the prices they give you do not include VAT (which is against the law). Definitely not going back!
Y	Yang Wonchee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el hotel encontraras un monton de antigüedades dignas de foto para instagram como máquinas de escribir, carretas y uno que otro cuadro improvisado simulando ser antiguo... Por los jardines y centro del hotel encontraras una bonita decoración muy ad hoc a san Sebastián del oeste; las habitaciones son ruidosas por no estar insonorizadas de manera apropiada para ser hotel, podrás oler y ver la humedad en tu habitacion, te dejan una bata de baño en la habitacion, que si somos realistas no se usan... puesto a que la mini alberca bonita de las fotos al centro de las habitaciones, tiene agua turbia. A pesar de ser un hotel donde se aceptan niños, la realidad es que no son bienvenidos aquellos pequeños aventureros. No hay servicio a la habitacion, no hay cafetera ni calentador de agua en las habitaciones, te dejan 2 botellitas de agua para beber. En cuanto al personal del hotel, no tienen bell boy asi que tendrás que cargar tu equipaje y la misma persona de recepción, es quien te prepara el cafe en el restaurante... (No tan amable como en los otros comentarios del hotel). El estacionamiento cercano a la entrada del hotel es limitado a 3 lugares y el resto tendrá que salir a estacionar a un costado del mismo y subir un cerrito. (Not as friendly as in the other hotel comments). Parking near the hotel entrance is limited to 3 places and the rest will have to park next to it and go up a hill.

First a double charge the day of checkout that I had my bank reverse right away when it came to my attention. Now a month later a new charge for a stay a slightly different amount so not a mistake. He claims he can't find the charge even though it's clearly posted on my bank statement that I sent to him as prof. San Sebastian is an amazing place and definitely worth visiting ... and there are many wonderful hotels ...so pick another and save yourself This experience.
