Es pet friendly y tratan perfecto a ti y al peludo.
Yo recomiendo mas dormir en la hacienda que en el igloo de vidrio, ya que el igloo me parece que no es funcional.
Pero en la hacienda todo esta buenísimo.
Muy recomendada la experiencia de hacer tu queso desde cero.
Excellent service, delicious food and amazing place.
It is pet friendly and they treat you and the furry one perfectly.
I recommend more to sleep in the hacienda than in the glass igloo, since the igloo seems to me that it is not functional.
But in the hacienda everything is very good.
Highly recommended the experience of making your cheese from scratch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA con la Wedding Planner del lugar (Hefziitaz), no es clara ni honesta, además de no tener la mínima noción de las funciones de lo que una wedding planner debe cubrir como mínimo. Las habitaciones no cuentan con televisión y la regadera está mal diseñada así que al terminar de bañarse se inunda todo el baño y parte de la habitación.
El grupo de meseros que nos atendió durante los 3 días del evento fue EXCEPCIONAL, especialmente "Lupita" quien realmente cuidó de nuestra mesa como nadie.
Recomiendo que si van a realizar un evento aquí eviten contratar los servicios de Hefziitaz por su paz mental y la de sus invitados.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the Wedding Planner of the place (Hefziitaz), she is not clear or honest, in addition to not having the slightest notion of the functions of what a wedding planner should cover as a minimum. The rooms do not have a television and the shower is poorly designed so that when you finish taking a shower, the entire bathroom and part of the room floods.
The group of waiters that served us during the 3 days of the event was EXCEPTIONAL, especially "Lupita" who really took care of our table like no one else.
I recommend that if you are going to hold an event here you avoid hiring Hefziitaz for your peace of mind and that of your guests.

Único detalle muchas moscas, pero es comprensible por el lugar y el calor que hacía.
I attended an event and everything was very nice. I would have liked to have stayed there. The attention of the super attentive waiters.
