El dueño tiene una muy mala actitud con sus huéspedes. Los que trabajan en el lugar son muy atentos y amables, la ubicación es hermosa, que mal por los precios y su actitud. No es un spa de lujo, solo hay un tipo de masajes, no se dejen confundir por lo que dice en la página web. En la cotización que nos mandó cotizo un precio y al final nos cobró más que porque nos dieron el menú completo en lugar del light, cuando tomaron nuestra orden para la comida nunca nos dieron la opción entre dos tipos distintos de menú. El dueño es un estafador que le gusta aprovecharse de sus huéspedes, es una lástima que un lugar tan hermoso se arruine la experiencia por él. El dueño, el señor Leonardo deja todo en manos de uno de sus empleados, el cual por más que quiera hacer, se ve rebasado. Pague por los siguientes servicios: un paseo a caballo, un masaje y un jacuzzi para 2 personas, y nunca nos dieron los servicios. Lo peor de todo es que se quedaron con nuestro dinero y no lo devolvieron, a pesar de que busqué hasta el cansancio al señor Leonardo,tanto por teléfono, como por mail. El paquete de alimentos que te ofrece y por el que debes depositar más dinero es un robo y deja mucho que desear. Ejemplo unos chilaquiles simples y sin chiste en 300pesos mexicanos. No regresaría. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras. El bar tiene una decoración completamente taurina. El comedor es enorme con una chimenea que invita a leer. Por cierto, hay libros en muchas partes. La zona exterior tiene una vista maravillosa. Sus dos lagos tienen patos. Ofrece el servicio de préstamo de bici de montaña pero no lo son. Tendrás que llevar la tuya y vale la pena (yo no la llevé :( ). Llegar no es nada fácil y deberás tener paciencia con sus dos o tres kilómetros de terracería. Un auto sedan puede entrar, pero despacio. No llegues de noche, te será más difícil llegar. Personal y dueños muy amables. Las excelentes instalaciones te hacen sentir una experiencia del Toro de lidia en su habitad natural. Muy buena comida y hospitalidad. Vale la pena conocer tan bello lugar tan cerca del DF. A place where it has no neighbors and makes you feel as if you were in a European Forest with lakes and spectacular nature. The excellent facilities make you feel an experience of the fighting bull in its natural habitat. Very good food and hospitality. It is worth knowing such a beautiful place so close to Mexico City.

The hacienda has been lovingly preserved with enormous beams overhead and beautiful stone fireplaces. The staff were extremely attentive the cuisine was varied and delicious. It is full of countryside charm.
