The rooms are super clean, excellent climate, dining room and what I love is that there is a barbecue area to grill the carnita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, súper mal con las reservaciones, no respetan, dan tarifas diferidas, no hay quien te atienda ni resuelva dudas. La encargada súper descuidada y con una acritud prepotente, sin prestar servicio conveniente al cliente, definitivamente no regresaría y no lo recomendaría. Ojalá pudieran contratar personal mejor capacitado y con atención al cliente de calidad.
Terrible service, super bad with reservations, they do not respect, they give deferred rates, there is no one to attend to you or solve doubts. Super sloppy and overbearing manager, not providing convenient customer service, definitely would not return and would not recommend. I wish they could hire better trained staff with quality customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima atención de la persona encargada creo que se llama GORETI no estoy seguro esa persona prepotente y deduzco que no tiene ni idea de una recepción y la recepción sin personal, las instalaciones están cómodas y el área de alberca y asador muy cómodos lo recomiendo si no se topan con la encargada.

At midnight that day a person that said was in charge raged at me to leave the premises of she would call the police on me. I’ve traveled to different places around the world and I’ve never experience anything like this…do not stay here ever, look elsewhere, this place is totally unprofessional.
En mi estancia el Segundo día el hotel y la recepción estuvo totalmente abandonada, no había nadie que diera servicio. No había a quien solicitarle estadía.
A media noche se presenta una persona que supuestamente está encargada del hotel y violentamente me pide desaloje o llamaría a seguridad pública, he estado en hoteles por diferentes partes del mundo y nunca había pasado por algo así. No se hospede aquí, evítese problemas, no es un lugar con servicio profesional.

In my stay the second day the hotel and the reception were totally abandoned, there was no one to give service. There was no one to request a stay.
At midnight a person who is supposedly in charge of the hotel shows up and violently asks me for eviction or would call public security, I have been in hotels in different parts of the world and I had never experienced something like this. Do not stay here, avoid problems, it is not a place with professional service.
