Vengo desde Boca del Río a emplacar y todas las sritas que me atendieron fueron muy amables y eficientes. Desde la guardia que te proporciona la información, hasta las demás chicas con las que se realiza el trámite. Considera llegar con tiempo, mi trámite me llevó solo 1 hora, te aceptan pago con tarjeta, pero cobran pequeña comisión. Cierran a las 2, pero el último en entrar es a la 1:30. Excelente servicio, ojalá las demás oficinas burocráticas fueran así de eficientes. I went to this office guided by comments read on Maps and the truth is I do not regret it. F	Fernando Escobar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comparación de las otras oficinas de hacienda frente a torre Hakim (que ahí le doy menos 5 estrellas fácil), aquí hay mucho mejor trato y mucho menos gente, hay sombra, facilidad de estacionamiento y baños cerca. Le doy 3 estrellas por que sigue siendo una institución rebasada en organización para resolver la cantidad de trámites que se requieren, pero por lo menos es más llevadero el tiempo de espera que en el otro sitio que hasta ambulancia hay por si hay desmayados... Compared to the other tax offices in front of the Hakim tower (which I give it less than 5 stars easily), here there is much better treatment and much fewer people, there is shade, easy parking and bathrooms nearby. I give it 3 stars because it continues to be an institution with a lot of organization to solve the amount of paperwork that is required, but at least the waiting time is more bearable than in the other place where there is even an ambulance in case there are fainting...

Hay que llegar un poco antes de la abertura pero es bastante fluido, hay una buena organización a dentro de la administración. El estacionamiento de la plaza comercial es gratis. All the staff are very friendly. I can't say the same for those in the North office in downtown. You have to arrive a little before the opening but it is quite fluid, there is a good organization within the administration. Parking in the shopping plaza is free.
