Hay dos filas para realizar trámite, una para pagos de tarjeta y otra para pagos de artículos como estudios licencias etc. Una al frente y otra fila más corta al lateral. Si lleva tarjeta se puede hacer el pago en la institución de ser en efectivo se realiza el pago en BBVA, Banamex o Banco Azteca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron 2 horas y media para cobrarme por un acta de nacimiento y solo eramos 16 en la fila. Si llegas a las 12:30 de la tarde ya no te quieren atender. El personal de caja con toda la disposición pero mal organizados. Tienen la opción de pago por transferencia bancaria pero hay que esperar 3 días para que te liberen el comprobante de pago. Por cualquier medio de pago son ineficientes.
It took them 2 1/2 hours to charge me for a birth certificate and there were only 16 of us in line. If you arrive at 12:30 in the afternoon they no longer want to attend to you.
