★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas tienen muchos detalles de construcción tanto interiores como exteriores y lo peor es que no atienden las garantías, solo dicen que lo revisan pero no lo hacen y dicen que ya no aplica la garantía porque la casa está habitada, pésimo servicio si saben que las casas que venden están muy mal hechas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometieron que tendría caseta por parte de la constructora y no fue así y eso es muy importante ya que se encuentra muy cerca de una colonia peligrosa llena de robos , aparte que las casas tienen muchos defectos la más común es que están descuadradas las paredes y ventanas , el sector por otra parte es bueno porque tiene una vista muy bonita y está a 5 min en carro de las tiendas departamentales
