Cualquier inconveniente debes marcar un número que NUNCA contesta, dejando al personal a su suerte, quienes no tienen “autorización” de solucionarte. UNA HORA LLAMANDO SIN RESPUESTA. Me arruinaron el día.
Terrible attention from management
Any inconvenience you must dial a number that NEVER answers, leaving the staff to their fate, who do not have "authorization" to solve you. ONE HOUR CALLING WITHOUT ANSWER. They ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El personal fue incompetente y encima de eso nos acosaron toda nuestra estadía. ¡Parecía que entrábamos a una prison! El guardia estaba de miron viendo todas nuestras pertenencias con una lámpara. Si buscan un lugar donde descansar y pasarla bien NO VAYAN AHÍ. Si buscan un lugar donde les estén vigilando cada movimiento, ahí es.
Terrible service. The staff were incompetent and on top of that they harassed us our entire stay. It seemed that we were entering a prison! The guard was watching all our belongings with a lamp. If you are looking for a place to rest and have a good time, DO NOT GO THERE. If you are looking for a place where your every movement is being watched, this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de jardín, excelente. La alberca no es muy amplia, algo sucia el agua, precios de restaurante y bebidas elevados, las instalaciones invitan a quedaré pero los precios ahuyentan, el lugar vale la pena si la idea es desconectarse del exterior.
The garden area, excellent. The pool is not very large, the water is somewhat dirty, restaurant prices and high drinks, the facilities invite you to stay but the prices scare away, the place is worth it if the idea is to disconnect from the outside.
