Uno de los puntos negativos del lugar es que en sus políticas no permiten el uso de tiendas de ningún tipo de giro haciéndolo completamente residencial, independientemente de eso puedes hacer tus compras fuera del lugar pues se encuentra relativamente cerca algunas tiendas
