Mixologo: Ricardo Anguiano and Chef, from Hacienda Las Tres Carmelitas: Enrique Cano made of our day the most incredible experience pairing each of their craft beers with each course of the delicious dinner. The Biologists from Proyect Nebulosa: Carolina and Oscar also filled our experience with great knowledge and experience about native nature. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

As a bonus, you see amazing wildlife diversity and the beauty of nature abounds. It is like experiencing a slice of heaven itself. Too much to believe? Well.. I don't even scratch the surface with these words.
