★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy bonito, tranquilo, ideal para las familias con niños, tiene espacios en donde pueden jugar gracias a la poca circulación de coches. Lo únicos inconvenientes son el acceso, no hay una ruta de autobús, únicamente taxis y en ocasiones tardan en entrar, sobre todo los de Xalapa. También tarda en pasar el servicio de basura, por lo que frecuentemente se junta mucha basura en las esquinas. Considero que el fraccionamiento está descuidado, pero definitivamente es bonito y tranquilo.
 It is a very nice, quiet subdivision, ideal for families with children, it has spaces where they can play thanks to the low circulation of cars. The only drawbacks are access, there is no bus route, only taxis and sometimes they take time to enter, especially those from Xalapa. It also takes time for the garbage service to pass, so a lot of garbage often collects in the corners. I consider the subdivision to be neglected, but it is definitely nice and quiet.

El único medio de transporte es el taxi colectivo, al día de hoy se cobra, $15 del fraccionamiento a Coatepec y $25 del fraccionamiento a los sauces (Xalapa).
El fraccionamiento carece de zonas de comida
