★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La administradora o dueña no respeta los precios pactados al inicio de la renta. Si dejas depósito al final te va a dar lo que se le de la gana. A mi me descontó una limpieza que se le pagó al inicio de la renta y un monto más por pago de agua siendo que ella de su puño y letra me rento el departamento con el servicio incluido. No me agrada la gente que no tiene palabra, por eso no me gustó el lugar.
