★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotes inundables con muy baja densidad de construcción de acuerdo al Programa de Ordenamiento Ecológico y Costero del estado de Yucatán. Representan la denominada "Burbuja Inmobiliaria Yucateca". Zona sin acceso carretero y servicios públicos etc. y peor aún... se ubican en una zona con mucha flora y fauna, que otorgan muchísimos beneficios medio ambientales a las comunidades.
 Flooded lots with very low construction density according to the Ecological and Coastal Planning Program of the state of Yucatán. They represent the so-called "Yucatecan Real Estate Bubble". Area without road access and public services etc. and even worse ... they are located in an area with a lot of flora and fauna, which provide many environmental benefits to the communities.
