★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegan. Ordered Boneless Cauliflower. Showed waiter on phone menu...picture and title. Plate arrived just like the photo. Remarkably tasted like chicken, BECAUSE IT WAS CHICKEN! NO offer to comp meal. All i was offered was an apology by who seemed to be the manager. He said they also served real chicken Boneless item. Serious waiter mistake! Should never happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor show. Food is swimming in oil which just makes the food greasy and unnecessary calorie loaded. Flavours are pretty bland. The price is to be expected in an airport but if I am ever in Merida airport again I would try the burger joint downstairs. Beers are M$78. No atmosphere, poor service. A really wish people would leave all the plates of the finished diners until the end of the meal. It is rude to rush the diners who eat slower by starting to clear the table before everyone has finished eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good but the restaurant is utterly depressing. The color scheme is basic with no Colors that stand out. The floor is dirty, the decoration is off. The restaurant used to be a lot better in its previous location. I hope they invest more money into this restaurant because it is frankly depressing. On the other hand, the food is good and has always been. I recommend the panuchos specially the ones with lechón.

Well it is a Airport Restaurant and by that the service was good and the food was also ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re waiting on your flight and a hunger attack overcomes you, this is the place to go. Of course, there aren’t many alternatives. Food and portions are decent (fries were good!) and prices elevated as they usually are at airports. Service was surprisingly great!
Some items can be made vegan if you ask. The other place at the airport (before security) did not have any options when I asked.
