★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hacienda is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Top notch service and a relaxing atmosphere. Feels like a spa in the middle of the jungle. The beds are comfortable, the room are spacious . It's a perfect stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally they rob you in this hotel -
I ate at the restaurant and it has been my worst experience ever !
1.- They took one hour and a half to bring a beer
2.- As they were super slow we decide to just pay for the drinks and leave as if for drinks they take this much imagine for lunch
3.- But this was not problem, problem was the inept waiter charged me 600 usd instead of 60 !!!! And guess what they told me they were not able to process the refund right away because of their policy !!!!!
To this day no one at the hotel has contacted me and I have the charge in my credit card -
Horrible hotel - horrible service and worst attitude - you were warned -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights at the Hacienda Puerta Campeche. The room was large and comfortable, although the amenities were minimal and the furnishings were old and dated. The pool is very unique and the courtyard is spacious, but ongoing maintenance is required. The rooftop bar was not open, but views from the rooftop were great. The staff was accommodating and brought out the pool towels and cushions for us whenever we showed up. All in all, it was a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The local and the hotel itself was fantastic. The staff were friendly, everything was clean, and the place was stunning. A few issues: the roof garden was not open and the food was not what I would expect from a 5-star accommodation. Additionally, the space did not offer some of the modern luxuries I would expect - no gym, no minibar, dated iPhone doc, no in-room coffee, & no hair dryer. Likewise, for the area, the price was not particularly competitive, especially considering the lack of in-room amenities you'd expect from a luxury brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception it's super messy and ugly with an horrible door resembling a service backdoor, on check in nobody offered to carry our luggage. ( the recepcionist was super friendly dough) The room was just ok, ( the no 1, Pres. suit) but lacked attention to detail, for example only 1 bath robe for both of us, or painting peeling off the walls, or our terrace only had pillows on the huge metal chairs for a couple of hours on the first day, making the terrace useless for most of the time of our staying and the TV set it s in a place where it s unwatchable. The pool was dirty during all of our stay and murky because of 1 day of rain just before we arrived and nobody bothered to clean it or clear it up, the pool was 1 of the attractive things of the hotel, it was a shame to be like that. The garden was kind of dirty too and had old furniture thrown on the lawn. At breakfast we were served margarine to spread on the bread! MARGARINE! In a luxury COLLECTION IT S UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting... The French fries served with our rool service burguers were old and tough, disgusting too. Not an amazing experience honestly. It s a shame because it s a beautiful property but it is very poorly operated. Shame...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this hotel. I had a junior suite on the ground floor and it was very spacious. The hotel is done in an old Spanish colonial style. It's very hot and humid in Campeche, but the air conditioning worked excellently. The pool is very unique and I liked the hammocks hanging over the enclosed parts. The breakfast I had in the restaurant I had was delicious and I like the location of the hotel right across from the old fort walls and amongst the colorful buildings and cobblestone streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during our road-trip through Mexico.
It was an amazing experience, beautiful small place in kolonial style but what charmed us the most is the service we got there especially in the restaurant for diner (Carlos and Arturo …. You rock)
Need a place to stay : this is it !!!!!
