★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo que es el servicio me lleve una mala experiencia, pedí una copa de bacardi y una piña colada, me llegó una onza de bacardi en 1 caballito, pedí un vaso con hielos y una agua mineral en lata (para poder preparar mi copa a mi gusto), me llevaron el agua mineral en un vaso de cristal, nada como pedí, pero bueno, proseguí en mi degustación, la piña colada estaba muy insípida, no tenía sabor, a la hora de pagar en el restaurante, me comentan que no tienen pago con tarjeta, y en recepción vimos como cobraban a otros huéspedes.
Adicional, el agua de la alberca helada, ni para unos calefactores.
Muy bonito todo el lugar, pero en lo que es servicio, me dejó mucho a desear.
Espero mejoren ya que podría ser un gran hotel.
In terms of service, I had a bad experience, I ordered a glass of bacardi and a piña colada, I got an ounce of bacardi in 1 little horse, I asked for a glass with ice and a mineral water in a can (to be able to prepare my glass at my taste), they brought me the mineral water in a crystal glass, nothing like I asked, but hey, I continued my tasting, the piña colada was very tasteless, it had no flavor, when paying at the restaurant, they told me that They do not have card payment, and at reception we saw how they charged other guests.
Additional, the water from the frozen pool, nor for some heaters.
The whole place is very nice, but in terms of service, it left me much to be desired.
I hope they improve as it could be a great hotel.
