★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all, the roon was clean, room service was very good and fast, front desk personnel speaks very good English and everyone treated us very nicely. However, in a double room (for 4 people) they only have 2 towels. When I called to ask for more, they said they could only give me those 2! We had to share towels!!! The towls were very old (older than mine at home) and they have holes! Not that I was expecting brand new towels but, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Keep up with little details, they count! The bed was uncomfortable, very hard, like sleeping on the floor... We will come back just because service was very good but we'll bring our own towels just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big affordable rooms. The bar in the basement has music on Fridays the can be heard on the second floor but it did not go too late. It is clean, the beds are decent and the staff was helpful and spoke English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are really kind and helpful. But they work with what they have really. The downside of my visit was that the room had a "weird " smell, there was no remote control for the a/c. NO HOT WATER! There was no hot water and we let the front desk know about this and they never did anything about it, the good thing was that we only stayed one night. Also the walls are too thin and noises are very loud. Will definitely see another option first if we ever need to return to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was OK hotel. It is the only one that is in Linares. So you have to stay in it if visiting. The only thing that sucks is that you can tell the room wasn't properly cleaned during a ti.e when the pandemic is high. We were put next to the stairs so you can hear when people go up and down the stairs because the stairs are connected to the room. We went to the restaurant and the food looks amazing and tasted good. Great view its in the middle of the town I think so it easy to get around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 night's, rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. If, we had a situation (A/C control was not in room, Volume for TV, and Iron) we contact the front and staff came within 5 minutes. Especially the night shift. Hot water was available, clean towels and big trash can bags; even bottle of waters were left to drink. Laundry service also very good. Clothes were clean and iron. Room service very reliable and when dinning in waiter very generous. A/C was a +10 cause with 97° outside this was a relief and nice to come back to nice and cooling room. And the decor was very fascinating.
Then why a 4 ? well; iron board, curtains, and blankets need an upgrade and maybe A/C needs to be all over the hotel just in case you want to go around and walk.
But, over all this was a really nice Hotel, we would stay in again.
