So I will tell you, the best thing about visiting this impressive pulque farm was meeting Doña Florinda, I spent a couple of hours visiting every corner and admiring every detail of this place, but I spent more time listening to everything that She told me, listening to Doña Florinda speak, it was like listening to the Hacienda de San Miguel Tepalca speak. Yes, # EstoEsEspañita and today I will tell you about this beautiful hacienda. Doña Josefina was telling me many things about here, about her grandfather who had a great reputation for being a tough person, to the point of comparing him to the Devil himself. He told me that he lived his childhood and adolescence there. He showed me the rooms with furniture that is more than 250 years old and it is incredible, it is like visiting a museum, but with the fortune that this furniture is still in use. They have so many original and important documents, by Porfirio Diaz, Benito Juárez among many more, to the extent that their historical heritage is endorsed and registered by the General Archive of La Nación, since 2010. Juan Viveros, one of his sons, very kindly accompanied us throughout the tour. They tell us that the family had 3 farms and 7 ranches, one of which is Ameca's, which we will also tell you about later. In 1592, the San Miguel Tepalca farm was part of the “La Blanca” farm as a ranch. On September 14, 1712, it was registered as an independent farm and began the exploitation of the pulquera industry. They have to be attentive because in these days we will upload the video of the place and I am sure they will be amazed. A little piece of Tlaxcala, it's not completely touristy (I think it depends on finding the right person to allow access to all areas), you can walk around all the exteriors, a very picturesque place, the people who work here are very friendly.
