★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mi experiencia puedo decir que no hay buen servicio en la comida, los meseros tienen una atención deficiente, no son buena guía para los eventos, la arquitectura, distribución, luces y mantelería es buena pero casi no vale la experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 6 meseros para una fiesta de 300 personas. Un grupo musical llamado Fantasy tocando con pistas y haciendo la pantomima de que tocaban en vivo . Muy lamentable que se cobre tanto por una fiesta y haya este tipo de engaño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tuve algunos detalles de organización no sabia con quien dirigirme en el momento, sentí q eran pocos meseros y tardaron mucho en servir la cena, el maestro de ceremonias no esta presente en todo el evento supongo que cubre los eventos de los demás salones y el Dj un poco aburrido.
No obstante, me gustó el violinista, la comida estaba caliente, los meseros muy amables, atentos y honestos, los baños impecables, la decoración del salón me encantó, aunado a que esta todo incluido y te orientan a planear tu evento.
I had some organizational details, I did not know who to contact at the time, I felt that there were few waiters and it took a long time to serve dinner, the master of ceremonies is not present at the entire event I suppose he covers the events of the other rooms and the DJ a little boring.
However, I liked the violinist, the food was hot, the servers were very friendly, attentive and honest, the bathrooms impeccable, I loved the decoration of the room, coupled with the fact that it is all-inclusive and they guide you in planning your event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar, estructura y en si todo lo visual es muy bonito, adecuado para eventos de menos de 400 personas. Por otro lado, el servicio de comida es pésimo, así como su animación en las pistas de baile y los DJ con rapidas transiciones entre canciones de mal gusto hacen que dejen mucho a desear. Insisto en que los espacios son muy lindos y perfectos pero tienen que mejorar muchísimo su servicio de comida (cantidades diminutas e incípidas) y calidad de DJ's. Finalmente, los meseros insisten mucho en que se les dé propina cuando se supone que a los eventos se acuden cuando se les ha pagado completamente el evento, que ellos requieran propina solo refleja que estos se aprovechan de la gente o que su salario es realmente bajo.

Finally, the waiters strongly insist that they be tipped when events are supposed to come when they have been fully paid for the event, that they require a tip only reflects that they take advantage of people or that their salary is really low .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, la comida fue insuficiente para el total de invitados pactados, deficiente servicio por parte de los meseros y del trabajo del maestro de ceremonias, pésima ambientación durante todo el evento por parte del DJ, muy poco agradable; aunque visualmente es muy lindo y la saxofonista tuvo una gran participación, hay poca organización por parte del lugar.
