Guitar players on Sunday afternoon, but not too loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid for the day pass. We went and the cenote only had about 1.5m of water in it, and by 6pm it still wasn't full enough. The other two pools were dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Hacienda with my family. I think the place looks beautiful but I think they need to put more attention to the restaurant service and prices to elevate. The food is OK. Another recommendation is the pools need more maintenance to keep them clean. Cenote also was very dirty. And the fourth recommendation is they need more personnel that can explain more about the Hacienda when we entered only one person at the reception she could handle it..
I hope they take these recommendations as a positive and improve, it will be great for the visitors and also great for the Hacienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay here, but we just went to look around and have a drink in the restaurant. We loved it! The place is so beautiful. And the drinks were amazing. Also, the staff is super kind. And there was a band playing; some of the best live music I heard in Mexico.
