★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento de muy buen nivel, con terrenos muy amplios, actualmente tengo entendido existen terrenos disponibles, esta cerca de la cabecera municipal El Arenal. Tiene acceso por la autopista a tepic y por la libre que es de 4 carriles.
It is a subdivision of a very good level, with very large land, currently I understand there is land available, it is close to the municipal seat of El Arenal. It has access by the highway to Tepic and by the free one that is 4 lanes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Hacienda bien, el lugar bonito, la capilla hermosa. Con respecto al "hotel" o alojamiento que ofrecen, me pareció un robo. Los precios EXCESIVAMENTE elevados, no tuvimos agua caliente, sin toallas ni servicios básicos, siendo que se ofrecen como "hotel". Nada de seguridad, la atención por parte de la encargada muy forzada y hasta cierto punto grosera. Definitivamente no recomiendo alojamiento ahí.
The Hacienda is fine, the beautiful place, the beautiful chapel. Regarding the "hotel" or accommodation they offer, I found it to be a robbery. The EXCESSIVELY high prices, we did not have hot water, without towels or basic services, being that they are offered as a "hotel". No security, the attention by the manager very forced and to a certain extent rude. I definitely do not recommend accommodation there.

El lugar es amplio cuenta con varias áreas para desarrollar tu evento, lugar rústico con cantera y tejas, cuenta con una fuente bonita y varias áreas que se pueden decorar. Tiene una media terraza, donde fácilmente se puede desarrollar un coctel, tiene capilla y un jardín con vista al horizonte. El lugar se puede iluminar y utiliza flores con mucho diseño.
