Was not expecting much but the place is beautiful! We got a tour from one of the girls. Walked the whole ranch and petted a lot of horses. Loved the ranch

Amazing place to go relax and have a great off day

The place is incredible and beautiful. It's huge so it's ideal for outdoor activities. The restaurant has great food and fair prices, I really look forward to go back.

My husband and I came to visit with high expectations with plans of celebrating our 10th year anniversary in July. The experience was extremely disappointing, the customer service and hospitality was the worst! Our room was located in a location where there was a lot of foot traffic and others staying there walking pass by our windows (we paid about $300/night) for this room. There was also some kind of construction going on the top of our room. The service staff offered was the WORST. My husband made a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night and we called to reschedule, by 8pm when we arrived, there was no food left in the menu (just sandwiches), we don't understand why they did not warn us when my husband called to reschedule to a later time. We ended up traveling outside of the Hacienda just to have a decent dinner. It was a very disorganized and disappointing experience. We spent $800+ on horse riding, kayak, thermal waters, all of the activities plus breakfasts at the restaurant. I do not think the hospitality provided was worth what we spent. Forget about this place, it is simply not worth it!

We did horse back riding it was a beautiful experience. The amenities were wonderful. Will be back very soon.

It's in the middle of nowhere, you have to go using a rough terrain vehicle, you'll have to be prepared for a dusty/muddy road, also formal clothes must be prohibited, the terrain is terrible for shoes, boots or sneakers must be suggested
