1. Al estar ubicado en La Peñita de Jaltemba tienes acceso a muchos servicios (farmacias, tiendas, restaurantes, taxis, etc).
2. Está ubicado a unas cuadras de la terminal de camiones, por lo que, venir en autobús es una buena opción.
3. El lugar ofrece privacidad y exclusividad ya que la cantidad de habitaciones es reducida.
4. El costo por noche es bastante accesible.
5. Con el servicio de taxis o en auto propio puedes desplazarte a cualquiera de las playas de la Riviera Nayarita.
6. La atención de su personal es amable y atenta.
7. La alberca y área común son muy agradables y tienen utensilios de cocina de alta calidad.
