★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien, pero si van a rentar o comprar y su casa está cerca de la avenida del Colli asegúrense que tenga protecciones de metal hasta en el baño, ¡se meten hasta por los huequitos estando la gente en su casa! ¡¡¡¡En promedio se meten a robar dos veces por mes a las casas aledañas!!!! muchísimo cuidado.
Infórmese bien con los vecinos antes de rentar o comprar.
Well, but if you are going to rent or buy and your house is near the Colli Avenue, make sure you have metal protections even in the bathroom, they get into the holes with the people in your house! On average they get to rob the neighboring houses twice a month !!!! very, very careful.

Very nice clean, quiet and well-kept place for the little ones to have fun and play outdoors, it also has a basketball court and equipment that you can use if you want to exercise
