★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel y restaurante son espectaculares, los que te atiendan de estacionamiento valet muy amables, la comida muy sabrosa.... lo que no esperaba de un lugar de tanto lujo era lo frio que eran los meseros, no te atiendan con sabor mexicano! Les faltan mucho los detalles personales que uno esta acostumbrado de recibir en sitos de alta categoría.
The hotel and restaurant are spectacular, the valet parking attendants are very friendly, the food is very tasty.... what I did not expect from such a luxurious place was how cold the waiters were, they do not serve you with Mexican flavor! They lack a lot of personal details that one is used to receiving in high-class sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location with beautiful views. Very romantic, modern setting. My wife and I were well received by the valet parking team. However for such a luxurous rooftop restaurant, the staff was aloof, not very attentive. Not typical for restaurants of this class in San Miguel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed a beautiful rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of San Miguel de Allende. The staff is super friendly and nice. The place is so beautiful and the vibe is awesome. As I’m vegetarian they didn’t have options for me and the only thing I had from their menu was roasted vegetable, which was not good at all. The cocktails on the other hand were delicious and awesome. The presentation is outstanding. I would like to suggest them to at least have few decent dishes for people who prefer vegetarian meals.
