El costo tendría sentido si el personal de limpieza acudiera al inmueble con los insumos de limpieza. Sin embargo solicitan que tú tengas todo el material. A veces, incluso desperdician dicho material.
En cuanto a la limpieza, se limitan a lo visible, a pesar de que contrates el servicio profundo.
Y si les haces observaciones del servicio, te dicen que es tu culpa por no contratar un servicio diferente.
The price and service used to be competitive, however, the prices became very high and the cleaning became inefficient.
The cost would make sense if the cleaning staff came to the building with the cleaning supplies. However, they request that you have all the material. Sometimes they even waste such material.
As for cleaning, they are limited to what is visible, even though you hire the deep service.
And if you make comments about the service, they tell you that it is your fault for not hiring a different service.
