I enjoy staying at this place because they have clean rooms and a shopping center is nearby.

Good service and clean rooms with all necessities. Good breakfast as well. It is my hotel of choice when I visit.

Stayed one night and the room we got had carpet with a humid smell which wasn’t pleasant, seems like they were upgrading some rooms because other family members stayed in another room that had wood flooring which we would have preferred. We did not have complementary water bottles in our room although the room said we were supposed to get them. The room looked like it needed a bit of maintenance to help make it look better. What we did enjoy was the breakfast that was included with the stay, they took your order and made it how you wanted and also had fruit, cereal and things you could grab to eat. The staff was friendly. Can probably get a better hotel for the price we paid for the one night. When we moved to a different hotel and our family stayed in their same room we went one time and the cleaning lady just let us in because we said our family wa staying there which I’m glad she did but I don’t think she should have because we could have just been anyone trying to get into the rooms so that was a bit unprofessional in my opinon. Honestly would not stay there again since you can probably get a better stay for around the same price.

They offered us room 103 at the beginning, which is counting hair and unclean the room. Then they moved us to room 203 which also had dirty floors with hair and stained and dirty bedspreads. We were moved back to room 207 and the air conditioning didn't work, there were no maintenance staff and the floors were dirty. Bad experience, I do not recommend this place. And those responsible did not respond to my call to solve the situation. Bad service image. I leave evidence of what I experienced.

If staying here, use a third party to book your room so you don’t have to pay the $955 MX pesos. It’s not really worth that much. The place is very outdated and all the new updates look like they were done in the lobby only. Rooms are really spacious but everything inside is old and kind of gross. I wouldn’t stay here again, AirBnB’s are cheaper and usually nicer. It has a free breakfast plate and you choose what you want, so that was kind of nice. Although, you can get better food elsewhere. 2-stars for safety and location.

I'm at this hotel as a conference speaker. When I first arrived I was not at all happy. The room had an AC unit that sounded like a sick truck, and the wifi was 1 bar at best. But they moved me to another room that resolved those issues. The room is comfortable, but with little inconsistencies. The bed is great—a little on the hard side but I like it. Shower only (no tub). But there are little things like a non-working alarm clock and non-existent smoke detector, that one comes to expect in Mexico. Still, the service is great and courteous, and I've enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are spacious but looking really old not enough maintenance, I had been staying at this hotel since years ago and can see the difference. It's probably the cheapest hotel with pool and free breakfast in the city. The staff always friendly.
