★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y actitud. Me puse extensiones con ellos y algunas me las pusieron mal. Se me cayo una con todo y mi cabello a la semana sin yo aplicar alguna presión o mal cepillado. Fui a comentarles que de cierta zona (de donde se cayó) me dolia y sentía más tensión (cosa que no deberías sentir y es mala para el cabello). Me dijeron que me esperaba 1 semana. Obviamente no iba a esperar a que pasara otra semana y se me cayera más el cabello. Fui al día siguiente a que me las quitaran y fue mayor el Error... me jalaron el cabello horrible. No quitaban las grapas, solo las aflojan y jalan llevándose también mechones de tu cabello. Tengo ya 3 días y sigue lastimado mi cuero cabelludo. Estaba llorando del dolor, les comentaba y para todo me culpaban a mi y a mi cabello... cuando terminaron solo fue de "ah es todo, adios". Gaste casi 10 mil pesos y en una semana me quitaron la ilusión. Hablamos con la encargada al parecer y no nos dio ninguna solución.
Terrible service and attitude. I got extensions on them and some got them wrong. I fell one with everything and my hair a week without me applying any pressure or bad brushing. I went to tell them that a certain area (where it fell from) hurt me and I felt more tension (which you shouldn't feel and is bad for your hair). They told me I was waiting 1 week. Obviously I wasn't going to wait for another week to go by and my hair fell out more. I went the next day to have them removed and the error was greater ... they pulled my horrible hair. They didn't remove the staples, they just loosen and pull them, taking strands of your hair as well. I am now 3 days old and my scalp continues to hurt. I was crying from the pain, I commented to them and for everything they blamed me and my hair ... when they finished it was only "oh that's all, bye". I spent almost 10,000 pesos and in a week they took away my illusion. We spoke with the manager apparently and she gave us no solution.

Ya que estaba atendiendo a otra clienta al mismo tiempo que me atendían a mí.
Y sentía que tenía prisa por terminar conmigo y eso que yo tenía una cita.
I liked the experience and the work but it took 2 hours or a little more just to do a haircut.
Since I was serving another client at the same time that I was being served.
And I felt like he was in a hurry to break up with me, even though I had a date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience at this location. first of all my appointment was at 8 am and they hadn’t even opened up at 8:05 when I got there. They took me in and opened at 8:30. When they did they had a bad attitude about me showing up on time and didn’t wash my hair right or even cut it correctly. The left is a photo I showed for inspiration that I got at another salon in Guadalajara before. The right is what I saw when I got home. My hair wasn’t styled or cut at all!!! Overall terrible customer service trying to get the issue resolved and experience at this salon. Do not recommend at all!
