Accès plage direct impossible, il faut passer par le golf de Litibu, plus de 15 minutes à pied.
Very good, functional apartment, beautiful sea view, swimming pool at the foot of the building, very shady, but very sad ...
Direct beach access impossible, you have to go through the Litibu golf course, more than 15 minutes on foot.

A very nice place to rest and forget about stress in a very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly security personnel, I wish all the condos were that friendly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great quiet place to get away from it all. It's close to Salulita and Punta Mita. It has a Greg Norman golf course, pools, jaccuzi's and the beach in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to relax, its verry quiet and has a nice pool. Most of the staff is really friendly just had a few issues with the guy in the entrance. The beach is about a 10 to 15min walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condos themselves are nice enough, but this place is very isolated, back from the beach with NO walkable beach access or food service nearby. If you stay here be sure you have a car. If you do it can be a decent base for seeing other things nearby. Haixa was originally intended to have 4 towers and a beach club, but only one tower was built and as I write this the only other operating things in the Litubu development are the golf course and all-inclusive Iberostar.
