Miguel is great to go out and tours with. He is courteous and was born and brought up in the area so he knows the area inside out. Speaks great English if you are a English speaker. Can’t go wrong with Hal ha tours..

Miguel is the man! He knows are the best cenotes around that aren't super crowded and we hit him up any time we're in Playa de Carmen! Super friendly and trustworthy :) I can't recommend him enough!

Miguel met us (a group of 7) at our condo in Playa and first took us to Tulum. After visiting the ruins, he recommended a nearby restaurant/beach club for lunch. The food and atmosphere were both perfect. At lunch, we discussed the many different cenotes in the area. After listening to us, he recommended the Santuario de los Guerreros. This place was back closer to Playa and a little off the beaten path. It is an underground cenote that is lighted inside. We wer the only ones there and had the place to ourselves. Everyone loved it. After almost 9 hours with us Miguel returned us to our condo. We have done many tours and excursions over the years. Miguel is the best guide we have hired. He has a wonderful personality, listened to our group and provided great recommendations. He really seemed to enjoy the day himself, and his presence truly enhanced the whole experience.

I went to Playa with 1 single goal in mind, do as much Scuba Diving as possible. However scheduling all the taxis so I could arrive on schedule was a bit intimidating. I asked the dive shop about transportation and they recommended Miguel. Miguel and his employees completed every ride to and from my destination in an efficient and timely manner. Miguel is a great guy to do business with and I will happily recommend him to other divers or for general transport. He and his staff spoke english very well and I had daily conversations with them. I used Hal Ha tours for airport transfer from Cancun airport to resort and back. Miguel was very fast getting back to any questions and he arranged everything and told me what time my pickup will be etc. Drivers arrived right on time and they were very courteous, friendly and safe. Both drivers were wearing masks for the trips and used very new and cleaned vehicles. I highly recommend Hal Ha tours for your airport transfers.
