★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te dejan pasar con tu mascota y no contestan por WhatsApp para una consulta básica, si hubiera sido algo urgente no podría haber contado con ellos. No me gusta la actitud y servicio que dan, mi perrito no regresará ahí.
They do not let you pass with your pet and they do not answer by WhatsApp for a basic consultation, if it had been something urgent I could not have counted on them. I don't like the attitude and service they give, my little dog won't go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perra a esterilizar, cuando la dieron de alta tenía una apariencia muy deprimente, al día siguiente su apariencia no mejoraba, estaba sumamente deshidratada y por más que buscaba ayuda de la veterinaria sólo me daba respuestas superficiales y con un "yo creo" "puede ser" "tal vez' y nada en concreto o soluciones para checar el por qué seguía en ese estado. Opte por llevarla con otro veterinario y lo que me dijeron que dejó sumamente inconforme del servicio tan pésimo que se le dio a mi perra. En la nueva veterinaria me dijeron que tenía una deshidratación muy grave, que tenía una infección y lo peor de todo es que le habían DEJADO UN OVARIO! Que era la causa de su estado tan deprimente. Que pésimo servicio y profesionalismo de su parte, fue una negligencia total.
Cero recomendable, si valoran el bienestar de sus mascotas piensen dos veces en esta situación y acudan con alguien más profesional.
I took my dog to be sterilized, when she was discharged she had a very depressing appearance, the next day her appearance did not improve, she was extremely dehydrated and no matter how much I sought help from the vet, she only gave me superficial answers and with a "I think" "may be" "maybe 'and nothing in particular or solutions to check why she was still in that state. I chose to take her to another vet and what they told me left her extremely dissatisfied with the terrible service given to my dog At the new vet they told me that she had a very serious dehydration, that she had an infection and the worst of all is that they had LEFT her an OVARY! Which was the cause of her depressing state. What a terrible service and professionalism on her part, it was total negligence.
Zero recommended, if you value the welfare of your pets think twice about this situation and go to someone more professional.
