★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de fumigacion es bueno. Pero la atencion administrativa es pesima, atiende el dueno que es un prepotente. Se equivocaron en la fecha de mi nota de servicio, pusieron 2018, cuando estamos en el 2021, no se fijan, no me llevaron mi constancia fisicamente; me la pudieron enviar por correo y ni eso saben hacer, su atencion al cliente es muy pero muy malo y muy atrasado en cuestiones tecnologicas. Por si no saben se puede escanear y se envia al cliente. Y lo peor de todo es que ni una disculpa dieron. No los volvere a contratar.
The fumigation service is good. But the administrative attention is terrible, the owner who is arrogant attends. They made a mistake in the date of my service note, they put 2018, when we are in 2021, they do not notice, they did not bring me my physical record; They could send it to me by mail and they don't even know how to do that, their customer service is very, very bad and very backward in technological matters. In case you don't know, it can be scanned and sent to the customer. And worst of all, they didn't even give an apology. I will not hire them again.
