★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Cuidado, muy mal quedado¡ llamé al Arquitecto Ham Fernández por un servicio que yo requería, le comenté claramente todas las condiciones, costo y hasta pagué por anticipado el anticipo. Después me llamó una tercera persona diciendo que no harían el servicio acordado.
 Be careful, very badly left! I called the Architect Ham Fernández for a service that I required, I clearly commented on all the conditions, cost and even paid the advance in advance. Later a third person called me saying that they would not do the agreed service.
