Nuestro sueño comenzó aquí, en Calzada del Hueso, en la Ciudad de México. Un lugar con el nombre perfecto para abrir una carnicería, no sabemos si es curiosidad o presagio, pero nos gusta creer en ambas.
Entre una ubicación relacionada con nuestro negocio y toneladas de cortes de carne, pasando por nuestros cuchillos, mesas y vitrinas, se nos ocurrió llevarlos a un lugar común: una parrilla, pero de otra forma, con otras mezclas, con nuevos ingredientes.
Con el mismo gusto a carbón, pero con sabores que conviven entre sí, que salen desde la imaginación, de nuestro antojo, haciendo honor en cada mordida a cada detalle invertido.

El lugar tiene una sección para comprar cortes de carne, embutidos, salsas y otros producto de muy buena calidad. Además, anexo tienen un restaurante (que todavía no he probado) y venden hamburguesas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las mejores hamburguesas de Coyoacán y probablemente entre las mejores de la CDMX. Las porciones son grandes, la carne es de primera calidad y la presentación de los platillos es muy buena. Su oferta de alimentos es diferente a la de cualquier otra hamburguesería. La relación costo beneficio es justa, no es barato pero no es costoso. Vengan con mucha hambre porque se van a llenar!!
The best hamburgers in Coyoacán and probably among the best in CDMX. The portions are large, the meat is top quality and the presentation of the dishes is very good. Its food offer is different from that of any other hamburger restaurant. The cost benefit ratio is fair, it is not cheap but it is not expensive. Come very hungry because they are going to be full!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de la comida es bueno pero el servicio tiene mucho en que mejorar, el lugar no tiene mucha gente por lo que se comprende qué el personal sea escaso, sin embargo la atención no es muy buena.
Para los amantes del picante su salsa habanera es 10/10 en picor y sabor.
Las hamburguesas Honolulu son muy buenas.
Las papas waffle no las recomiendo, su sabor es demasiado dulce y llega a ser hostigante incluso pudiendo arruinar la experiencia de comida.
Su cerveza artesanal es buena pero promedio con otras de la zona.
Los precios son algo altos, incluso un 30% a 40% comparados con lugares similares.
No tiene acceso para personas con discapacidad pero se compensa al tener mesas al aire libre a pie de calle, si no gustan de comer en la calle no es la mejor opción.
El decorado del lugar es un 7/10 el color amarillo abundante es un poco cansado para la vista. Puede ser un buen lugar para ir a compartir unas cervezas por la tarde.
