Otro de los detalles que sin duda caracteriza el lugar (y por favor no lo cambien nunca) es el asado al carbón, arte puro lo que se hace en esa parrilla, se agradece poder encontrar lugares donde la carne se cocine así, con ese sabor ahumado, siempre será desde mi punto de vista, la mejor manera de cocinarla, desde que llegas al lugar y percibes el aroma, empiezas a tirar saliva, tengas hambre o no. Para mí una de las mejores opciones de la ciudad cuando te llega el burge-antojo, lo garantizo, además te puedes comer algo sencillo e ir subiendo de nivel sin preocuparte de sangrar al bolsillo, sus precios son bastante accesibles, cómo para poder llegar ahí dos o tres veces por semana, seguro que si. ?
