★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos no domingo a noite e a porta estava fechada. Passados dois minutos chegou uma pessoa de moto falando que tinha ido fazer uma entrega, abriu a porta e nos atendeu. (Acredito ser o proprietário) e ela mesma começou a cozinhar. Não sei se escolhemos um dia atípico em que ele estava trabalhando sozinho ou se é assim todos os dias, mas o importante foi a qualidade da comida. Lugar simples, sem lugar para sentar (provavelmente pela pandemia pois há fotos antigas com mesas) comemos na calçada mesmo, nada que atrapalhasse a experiência.
É o tipico lugar que gosto de descobrir e torço para o seu sucesso.
Pedi o La Calavera, super saboroso, a carne poderia ser mais alta para sentir mais seu sabor mas o chilorio e o chicharron de queijo complementam bem!
O pão feito na casa é melhor que de muitas padarias e valorizam o burger!
As batatas fritas poderiam ser caseiras mas a logística precisaria ser pensada em caso de poucas pessoas trabalhando…
Gostaria de voltar mais vezes para experimentar outros burgers mas ficaremos poucos dias em Oaxaca.
We went on Sunday night and the door was closed. After two minutes a person arrived on a motorcycle saying he had gone to make a delivery, opened the door and answered us. (I believe to be the owner) and she started cooking herself. I don't know if we chose an atypical day when he was working alone or if it's like that every day, but the important thing was the quality of the food. Simple place, with no place to sit (probably due to the pandemic as there are old photos with tables) we ate on the sidewalk, nothing that interfered with the experience.
It's the typical place I like to discover and I hope for your success.
I ordered the La Calavera, super tasty, the meat could be higher to feel its flavor more but the chilorio and the cheese chicharron complement it well!
The homemade bread is better than many bakeries and they value the burger!
The fries could be homemade but the logistics would need to be thought out in case of few people working…
I would like to come back more often to try other burgers but we will only be in Oaxaca for a few days.
