Al principio era el carrito tortero con su plancha, donde parado esperabas tu turno y te comías esas tortas tan exquisitas que preparaban el buen Lázaro y su familia. Hoy aunque mantiene ése ambiente familiar, sus típicas tortas de pierna, la especial de pierna, jamón y queso o la de carne asada con un huevo estrellado, lo han llevado a crecer y tener un lugar moderno al estilo fast food, con mesas y colores contemporáneos.
