★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio tenía mis dudas, y aunque tardan un poco en preparar tu pedido, debo admitir que su sabor lo compensa, ya que lo preparan al momento, así que se puede disfrutar de su rico sabor a las brasas, los combos es una muy buena opción para comer sólo o acompañado, lo recomiendo, sólo sean pacientes.

Pésimo servicio, la comida llegó fría se tardaron alrededor de 1hr. ½ en el pedido, siendo que no había ningún comensal más ahí, los chicos que estaban en el lugar se la pasaban jugando y cotorriando la chica que atiende las mesas estaba muy de novia con el chico que prepara las hamburguesas al grado que resultó incomodo , no nos pusieron nada , ni servilletas, ni condimentos, el agua de fresa sabía a pura agua no se apreciaba el sabor a fresa en lo más mínimo, además de traer un pedazo de platico . Llevamos mucho tiempo consumiendo con el señor hace casi 3 años y el sabor de las hamburguesas es muy bueno, pero frío nada sabe rico!! , ya son varias ocasiones que sucede lo mismo es por eso que cambió mi opinión, ya que si fue bastante molesto ya que consumimos muy frecuentemente, por eso decidimos comer ahí para comerlo caliente!.

Terrible service, the food arrived cold it took around 1 hour. ½ in the order, since there was no other guest there, the boys who were in the place spent their time playing and chattering, the girl who attends the tables was very engaged with the boy who prepares the hamburgers to the point that it was uncomfortable, They did not give us anything, no napkins, no condiments, the strawberry water tasted like pure water, the strawberry flavor was not appreciated in the least, in addition to bringing a piece of plastic. We have been consuming with the gentleman for a long time, almost 3 years ago and the taste of the hamburgers is very good, but nothing tastes good when cold! , there are already several occasions that the same thing happens that is why my opinion changed, since it was quite annoying since we consume very frequently, that is why we decided to eat there to eat it hot!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places I've ever ordered from, unfriendly and unprofessional staff who can't even package a simple order correctly and when you complain about their packaging and spilling everything all over your food, it's "your fault for not telling them." Stay away from this place, food isn't even that good, it's cheap, but the food reflects it and their service is third rate, you're better off getting your food from ANYWHERE else but here.
