★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende se equivoco en mi orden y le fui a pedir que me la cambiaran y me dijo que yo la había pedido así en vez de resolver se puso a pelear, por suerte el parrillero se porto muy lindo. Mejor eviten venir a este Tancitaro
The lady who attends made a mistake in my order and I went to ask her to change it and she told me that I had asked for it that way, instead of resolving, she began to fight, luckily the barbecue was very cute. Better avoid coming to this Tancitaro

Sin embargo, creo que parte de la atención al cliente es informar de estás eventualidades que se pueden entender. Y sin embargo, en más ocasiones han tardado más de 20 minutos. Empezaron muy bien, pero van de mal en peor. Además me la entregaron tibia.
Each time they take longer to prepare a hamburger, two days ago it took 50 minutes. The pretext was that the fryer broke down. However, I believe that part of customer service is reporting these eventualities that can be understood. And yet, on more occasions they have taken more than 20 minutes. They started out very well, but they go from bad to worse. They also gave it to me warm.

Cuentan con variedad de hamburguesas, hot dogs, sincronizadas y alitas a distintos precios.
La comida no es la mejor, la porción a simple vista parece suficiente, sin embargo, es difícil encontrar la carne ya que es demasiado delgada.
Las papas están muy ricas, esas si las recomiendo.
El personal fue amable.
El tiempo de entrega fue aproximadamente 10 minutos.
Medidas de COVID: utilizan cubrebocas, cuentan con gel antibacterial pero no usan guantes.
Affordable regular food.
They have a variety of hamburgers, hot dogs, synchronized and wings at different prices.
The food is not the best, the portion at first glance seems sufficient, however, it is difficult to find the meat as it is too thin.
The potatoes are very tasty, I do recommend them.
The staff was friendly.
Delivery time was approximately 10 minutes.
COVID measures: they use face masks, they have antibacterial gel but they do not use gloves.
