A	Adriana Carapia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Hotel, la verdad el mejor Hampton en el que me he quedado. La gerente y el personal son súper atentos, todo el tiempo siempre intentando mejorar. El desayuno y las comidas súper ricas. Las instalaciones muy limpias y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Cuentan con transporte que te pueden llevar al centro o al aeropuerto. Excellent Hotel, the truth is the best Hampton in which I have stayed. The manager and staff are super attentive, all the time always trying to improve. Super delicious breakfast and meals. Very clean facilities and very comfortable rooms. They have transportation that can take you downtown or to the airport.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y equipadas con todo lo necesario; la decoración y el diseño son agradables y genera una sensación de confort. No tiene piscina aunque si la tuviera seria perfecto, pero aún así es ideal para un momento de descanso y relajación. El servicio por parte del personal de cocina es excelente, todos los cocineros son muy amables y atentos al servicio, te hacen sentir cómodo; todo está muy bien preparado, desde el buffet hasta el menú que ofrecen, y el sazón es delicioso, sin duda, le doy 10 a la cocina. El servicio de limpieza por parte de las camaristas es muy atento y muy amable, y da la confianza de que la habitación está limpia y en perfectas condiciones. La atención del personal de recepción igualmente es muy comprometido y muy atento a tu estancia, son amables y respetuosos. Agradable estancia, lo recomiendo mucho. It has earned a 10/10 rating, the hotel is beautiful and makes you feel at home, its facilities are in a great location and a very safe area. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need; the decoration and design are pleasant and generate a feeling of comfort. It does not have a swimming pool although it would be perfect if it did, but it is still ideal for a moment of rest and relaxation. The service from the kitchen staff is excellent, all the cooks are very friendly and attentive to the service, they make you feel comfortable; everything is very well prepared, from the buffet to the menu they offer, and the seasoning is delicious, without a doubt, I give 10 to the kitchen. The cleaning service by the chambermaids is very attentive and very friendly, and gives confidence that the room is clean and in perfect condition. The attention of the reception staff is also very committed and very attentive to your stay, they are friendly and respectful. Nice stay, I highly recommend it.

El servicio inigualable, honesto (olvide una cartera y me la devolvieron íntegra) y servicial, atentos en todo momento. Me encanto el concepto en la decoración, la higiene excelente. The unparalleled service, honest (I forgot a wallet and they returned it to me in full) and helpful, attentive at all times. I loved the concept in the decoration, the excellent hygiene. Todo el hotel tiene una magnífica decoración. El único detalle fue el estacionamiento, es pequeño tuve que dejar el carro estacionado afuera en la calle porque ya estaba saturado. Fue en fecha de la feria de San Marcos, tal vez en otras fechas no se satura tanto. En resumen lo recomiendo ampliamente. Excellent attention from the hotel staff, very good courtesy breakfast and very comfortable room with very nice decoration. The entire hotel is magnificently decorated. The only detail was the parking lot, it is small, I had to leave the car parked outside on the street because it was already saturated. It was on the date of the San Marcos fair, perhaps on other dates it is not so crowded. In short, I highly recommend it.

Room were very clean and location were not too bad (stayed during San Marcos fair but very quiet and able to relax). If I have to find small negative is the parking on under ground at Hotel with no supervision (or least I felt) so as sign said, do not leave any valuable, but nothing happen so we were just happy customer.

Hotel and our room was clean and felt safe and welcomed. My only 2 issues but I did not report: - comfort of bed. The bed was too firm. I wish there were softer beds - fridge wasn't keeping food and drinks cold enough. Other than those 2 issues, I had a terrific time and experience. I would 100% return.
